If something has gone wrong with your charge booking, you must raise this directly with the chargepoint owner or the user in the first instance. If you cannot resolve the issue and you wish to file a complaint, please use the form below. Please note you need to submit this form within 2 working days of the completion of a booked session. We will then consider your complaint.

You will find this in the confirmation email relating to the booking.

(a) The location was unavailable during the Booking period
(b) The location was not as described in the Listing
(c) The chargepoint did not work

Please note that refunds are only payable for reasons (a)-(c) if your complaint is found to be valid and the Chargie fee is non-refundable in any circumstance.
